I've dedicated my career to guiding individuals through life's complexities with unwavering kindness and compassion. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), my journey began within the educational system, where I worked diligently to support children, adolescents, and their families. After five rewarding years, I transitioned into private practice, focusing on empowering adolescents and adults to thrive.

I'm not just a mental health provider; I'm a mother who understands the pressures and transitions that life can throw our way. My mission is to provide a safe and comfortable environment where clients can take the lead on their path to improved mental health.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Brooke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is committed to helping teens and adults navigate the emotional challenges that come with change and uncertainty. Her approach blends warmth and curiosity in a way that helps clients feel safe exploring their experiences.

Brooke works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. She uses Person-Centered Therapy alongside DBT, CBT, and ACT, adapting each session to match the needs and goals of the individual. Clients can also expect practical tools and guidance to help with emotional regulation, stress management, and executive functioning. She appreciates the courage it takes to seek support and is honored to walk alongside you as you share your story.
